Do you support expedites? How fast can we ship?
We support 12/24/48-hour expedites (depends on material and process windows). Leave your target due date on the Quote page and we will evaluate feasibility, cost, and confirm quickly.
What is the MOQ and which payment methods are supported?
Prototype orders have no MOQ; production MOQ depends on the design. We accept wire transfer / corporate bank payment. Reach out via Contact us for billing instructions.
Which files are required and how long does CAM review take?
Please provide Gerber/ODB++, quantity, layer count, thickness, copper weight, impedance targets, finish, and any special process notes. CAM review typically finishes in 2–8 hours. For controlled impedance, use the Impedance calculator and include the key parameters.

Which file formats are supported?
Gerber/ODB++ is preferred; if you share native CAD, also export Gerber for verification. Use the Gerber Viewer for a quick pre-check.
Will you sign an NDA and how is data stored?
We can sign mutual NDAs. Data is used only for manufacturing, stored with strict access control, optionally encrypted, and purged on schedule. Contact engineering for details.
3) Manufacturing capability

What are the standard capability windows?
Typical capability: 2–24 layers, 3/3 mil trace/space, mechanical drills ≥0.2 mm, laser microvias ≥0.1 mm, ±5% impedance (TDR verified). See the Manufacturing overview for the full list.
How do you hold ±5% impedance?
We combine stack-up modeling, dielectric/trace control, and batch coupon TDR validation. Start with the Impedance calculator to evaluate widths and materials.
4) Quality & certifications
IPC / IATF / UL · Traceability
Do you support IPC Class 3 and IATF 16949?
Yes—manufacturing and inspection can follow IPC Class 2/3, and automotive programs leverage the IATF 16949 quality system. Review our Quality policy for details.
How is traceability handled?
Lot barcodes, process logs, and certificate archives provide end-to-end traceability from materials to shipment. Contact the team if you need sample reports.
5) Testing & inspection
Electrical test · AOI/X-Ray · TDR
How are finished boards tested?
We use flying-probe or fixture E-test depending on the product, backed by AOI and X-Ray when needed. Impedance builds include batch TDR reports. More info in the Manufacturing overview section.
Can you share impedance/TDR measurements?
Yes—TDR logs and scope captures can be supplied per order. Calculations can be previewed with the Impedance calculator before fabrication.
6) Delivery & logistics

Which international logistics options do you offer?
We partner with major couriers and dedicated lines, provide moisture/static-safe packaging and reinforced cartons, and manage customs paperwork per your instructions. Contact us for specifics.
Can shipments follow a staged schedule?
Yes—production can be planned for partial releases while meeting your target delivery dates. Note the requirement on the Quote page and sales will coordinate scheduling.
7) PCBA (placeholder)
Turnkey · Prototype · Test
Do you provide turnkey PCBA services?
Yes—consigned or turnkey sourcing, NPI & low volume, functional test fixtures, etc. The consolidated entry point will live at once the PCBA section launches.
8) DFM / manufacturability
Stack-ups · panels · rails
Do you provide reference stack-ups and impedance examples?
Yes—review our sample stack-ups and trace/space guidance, then validate key differential pairs with the Impedance calculator before release.
Any recommendations for panelization and process rails?
Use process rails on all four sides (5–10 mm typical), clearly mark tooling holes and fiducials, and choose V-cut or tab-routing based on the outline. We keep the guidelines updated inside the manufacturing overview.
9) After-sales & warranty

What is your warranty policy?
Standard warranty starts at delivery and supports rework / remake options. Review the Terms of service or Contact us for support.
10) Compliance & sustainability
RoHS / REACH · Privacy
Can you provide RoHS/REACH/UL statements?
Yes—material and process compliance letters are available, with some documents issued per order. Please align scope with the sales@aptpcb.com before we release certificates.

What are your response times and time-zone coverage?
Typical queries are answered within 2–8 business hours. Cross-time-zone programs can define dedicated windows and expedite channels. Submit urgent tickets via the Contact page anytime.
