We support 12/24/48-hour expedites (depends on material and process windows). Leave your target due date on the Quote page and we will evaluate feasibility, cost, and confirm quickly.
list_altWhat is the MOQ and which payment methods are supported?
Prototype orders have no MOQ; production MOQ depends on the design. We accept wire transfer / corporate bank payment. Reach out via Contact us for billing instructions.
scheduleWhich files are required and how long does CAM review take?
Please provide Gerber/ODB++, quantity, layer count, thickness, copper weight, impedance targets, finish, and any special process notes. CAM review typically finishes in 2–8 hours. For controlled impedance, use the Impedance calculator and include the key parameters.

Gerber/ODB++ is preferred; if you share native CAD, also export Gerber for verification. Use the Gerber Viewer for a quick pre-check.
shieldWill you sign an NDA and how is data stored?
We can sign mutual NDAs. Data is used only for manufacturing, stored with strict access control, optionally encrypted, and purged on schedule. Contact engineering for details.

3) Manufacturing capability

Typical capability: 2–24 layers, 3/3 mil trace/space, mechanical drills ≥0.2 mm, laser microvias ≥0.1 mm, ±5% impedance (TDR verified). See the Manufacturing overview for the full list.

We combine stack-up modeling, dielectric/trace control, and batch coupon TDR validation. Start with the Impedance calculator to evaluate widths and materials.

4) Quality & certifications

IPC / IATF / UL · Traceability

verifiedDo you support IPC Class 3 and IATF 16949?
Yes—manufacturing and inspection can follow IPC Class 2/3, and automotive programs leverage the IATF 16949 quality system. Review our Quality policy for details.

Lot barcodes, process logs, and certificate archives provide end-to-end traceability from materials to shipment. Contact the team if you need sample reports.

5) Testing & inspection

We use flying-probe or fixture E-test depending on the product, backed by AOI and X-Ray when needed. Impedance builds include batch TDR reports. More info in the Manufacturing overview section.

Yes—TDR logs and scope captures can be supplied per order. Calculations can be previewed with the Impedance calculator before fabrication.

Yes—review our sample stack-ups and trace/space guidance, then validate key differential pairs with the Impedance calculator before release.

Use process rails on all four sides (5–10 mm typical), clearly mark tooling holes and fiducials, and choose V-cut or tab-routing based on the outline. We keep the guidelines updated inside the manufacturing overview.
